Established in 1995, Elegant Slumming has earned a reputation as a premier jewelry store in Rehoboth Beach. Owner Philip Livingston brings his customers 'one of kind' selections of jewelry, home furnishings and gifts. Philip's background is in art history, but his passion for fine jewelry came from a part time job in Philadelphia's renowned jewelry district. As a long time visitor, Philip knew that Rehoboth Beach was the perfect place to open a unique jewelry store ~ and Baltimore Avenue was the perfect location.
