We’re Elevé Wellness & Aesthetics, and we’ve been a premier medical spa in Grand Rapids MI, since 2022 with a rebranding in 2025! We offer services including dermal fillers (including lip filler, cheek filler, full face rejuvenation, chin filler, and more), Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) liquid, gel and glide, Neurotoxin (aka Botox, Dysport, etc), IV therapy, vitamin injections (B12, D3, Lipo-B, NAD+) medical grade facials, glo2 facials, chemical peels, micro-needling, facial dermaplaning and weight loss injections. We also NOW offer body and facial waxing as well as lash and brow services! We use brands including ZO Skin Health, Dysport, Restalyne, Sculptra, BioRePeel, Skinbetter Science, Plated Exosomes, Prodigy Peel and more.
