Dr. Elias Ruiloba, MD, is a seasoned psychiatrist with over 35 years of experience at Serenity Mental Health Centers in Phoenix, AZ. A graduate of the University of Montemorelos and trained in psychiatry at Texas Tech, he specializes in treating adult patients with innovative methods like TMS and ketamine therapy, alongside traditional medication management. Dr. Ruiloba is known for his thorough evaluations and effective treatment of conditions such as anxiety, dementia, and Wilson-Turner syndrome. Outside the clinic, he enjoys traveling and walks with his wife, Alfa, and their dog, Monet. Dr. Ruiloba looks forward to welcoming new and returning patients to Serenity.
