About us
Hi. My name is Elisa Braggins. I have been working as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2014. I graduated with a M.S. in Counseling and a B.S. in Human Services from California State Fullerton. I currently specialize in working with all adults and adolescents 12 and over with a variety of mental health disorders. Helping others has always been second nature to me, which prompted me to pursue a career in therapy. My approach is interactive, empathetic, and solution focused. My goal is to help others achieve their highest potential and succeed in their personal lives. Outside of professional practice, I spend a majority of my time with my kids and family camping, enjoying the outdoors, and playing with our new family puppy.
