About us
Ellie Mental Health is a resource for outpatient mental health services along the North Shore in Massachusetts. We accept most major insurance carriers such as: Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Aetna, Optum, United, Tufts, and Harvard Pilgrim.
Our team of clinicians have a wide variety of specialties including talk therapy, art therapy, child/play therapy, individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, canine assisted therapy, experiential therapy, CBT, DBT, EMDR, and ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy).
Our team can help with mental health obstacles such as anger management, depression, anxiety, trauma, paranoia, relationship issues, LGBTQ issues, bipolar disorder, BPD, and any other challenges that you or a loved one may be facing.
