he Emergency Room at SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital - Lake Saint Louis handles all types of emergencies, no matter how routine or complex and is the only state-designated level III trauma center in Western St. Charles County. This means we have the systems in place to treat seriously-injured and critically-ill patients with greater speed and at a higher skill level than the average emergency department.
This ER is staffed by board-certified SSM Health Cardinal Glennon physicians providing pediatric emergency expertise 24/7 to infants, children and adolescents. Our emergency team is prepared to respond no matter the circumstance.
