About us
Jennifer Williams started her professional real estate career in the Title and Escrow Industry as a Branch Manager/Escrow Officer in Arizona. She then transitioned to Executive Leadership for both private and publicly held Single-Family Rental REITs. Jennifer utilized her skills in Acquisitions, Property Management, and Operations to develop a network of realtors and investors who were dedicated to disrupting the outdated, traditional Property Management Industry business model.
In 2002, Jennifer founded Empower Realty Team in Colorado. She spearheaded expansion into the Denver Market where she impressively acquired 255 homes in the office’s first 90 days of operations.
