I just wanted to thank you again, everything exceeded my expectations. The food(& presentation)was unbelievable - I can't tell you how many people made it a point to tell me how good the food was. My contemporaries go to their fair share of parties & are quite the critics & thus far I've been told that it was so nice not to have the same old same old again, the food was so different , it was the best party food we've ever had,the waiters were so nice, I couldn't believe the bartender remembered what I was drinking & had it ready for me by the time I made it to the line,the mozzarella was so good - I've never seen anything like it,I think this is the first time my son ate at one of these,I love that I didn't have to choose between the meat & fish & that I didn't have to share with my wife.(see original post:http://melisaimberman.posterous.com/72836081

I just wanted to tell you how great everything was for our shower on Saturday. Nature gave us perfect weather to work with, and your staff did the rest. All of the guests remarked on how terrific the food was, and my family has really enjoyed the leftovers. Everything was wonderful. We got rave reviews on the food. We had the leftovers last night for dinner. Your staff could not have been nicer and everything looked perfect. I just wanted to follow up with you about the food and William.
Everything was great – it was just the right amount of food for the group and they loved the meal.
I have to tell you though, that William made the evening. He came a little early which was fine and he just took over-setting up the meal, chilling the drinks, etc.
When my husband’s assistant arrived to help, he suggested that we sit down and let him do the work, which was wonderful. She really appreciated relaxing.
He took the garbage and recycling out, washes the dishes, silverware and glasses, wrap up the leftovers, refilled the glasses, cleaned the table-everything really. He took care of things before I thought to ask him to do it. It was amazing. He is amazing. I can tell you that he is truly an asset for that business and that you will be receiving future catering business with requests for his attendance. It is so nice to find someone so hard working, gracious and bright. We loved him. Thank you so much! Now that the dust has settled…I wanted to thank you very much for your help. The graduation celebration was s success! The food was great (particularly the small plates. They were a real hit!)
The staff was super – they fit right in…pleasant, polite, professional and when they left it was as if they were never there! They left business cards before they left and the guests took all of them!

I am so sorry for the interruption and I promise you will not hear from me again but I have to apologize for our conversation yesterday. It's been weighing on me. I really didn’t know the dividing line of duties between our planner and you. (And trust me in that I addressed her astounding inefficiency directly upon your clarification for which I also thank you.) You and your staff did a stellar job and I am beyond sorry if I expressed anything different. The food was “wow” phenomenal, everyone was lovely and kind, presentation was the nicest I have ever seen anywhere ( including multimillion dollar parties) and I shouldn’t have said a word about something as absurd as a desert flag-there are no words for how embarrassed I am right now. Please know we are beyond thrilled with everything. My family is beyond happy with everything. Our guests are beyond happy with everything. (They all asked who did the catering in the event they ever need a caterer.) All that said, I acted totally ridiculous, you guys were wonderful. I would happily wire you the absolute best recommendation anytime- or feel free to give my name and number to anyone (seriously). It was a perfect night. I know the driveway was a pain. Our “planner” was a joke, the weather was less then ideal and I was a neurotic annoying mess. That said, all I can say is thank you- you guys went above and beyond. The options & staff were hands down the best. After leaving the tasting I cancelled all other
Appointments and decided they were it on the ride home.I’d like to thank everyone involved in the whole process. My day was perfect. You guys went above and beyond in all aspects. The food was great, the staff very professional all around exquisite.
