Enliven Health and Wellness is a unique multi-disciplinary clinic offering acupuncture, herbal therapy, diet/nutritional therapy, and lifestyle advice. Informed by Chinese Medicine and Functional Medicine, California Licensed Practitioner Bethany Richardson takes an integrated approach and provides acupuncture, moxibustion (heat therapy), diet and lifestyle assessment, as well as herbal and nutritional therapy. Acupuncture follows the gentle Japanese technique and is restorative and energizing.
