About us
ECA provides oil/fuel storage tank inspections, SPCC training for clients regulated by the Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Rule. Since 2003, ECA has prepared SPCC Plans and provided EPA-required SPCC training for clients nationwide. Since 1989, our Principal Engineer has performed Phase 2 environmental site assessments of contaminated sites, to help clients comply with local, State and Federal environmental regulations. Our subsidiary (ECA Geophysics) provides geophysical surveys, to help Engineers and Architects characterize the subsurface, locate buried debris, utilities and groundwater and to also determine the International Building Code (IBC) Site Class that aids in the design of earthquake-resistant buildings.
