Equilibrium Health Coaching is a cash-based functional medicine practice in Frisco, TX that offers mostly appointments for individuals looking to improve their gut health and hormonal wellness. Consultations are cash only, but patients will receive an itemized bill of charges for lab work they may submit to their insurance for possible reimbursement. Board-certified family nurse practitioner Katherine Johnson owns and operates the practice, and she provides one-on-one functional nutrition consulting for patients around the North Dallas, TX area. Through personalized meal plans and evidence-based nutritional practices, Katherine can treat the symptoms of chronic conditions, like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), gluten intolerance, thyroid disease, and others, caused by a hormonal imbalance.
