Equity Assets Real Estate
About us
Hi, I’m Jason Nenadov. I created Equity Assets Real Estate back in 2008. Growing up my father believed in the importance of owning real estate and at one point owned more properties than I had fingers. Wanting to follow in his footsteps I got my California Real Estate license in January 2004 after graduating from The Master’s University with a bachelors degree. Since the beginning of my career one principle has been reinforced over and over again. It isn’t about me but it’s all about my clients and serving them all throughout the real estate transaction process. Having built a business primarily on word of mouth I treat my clients with the utmost detail as I deliver expert advice all along the way. You won’t be outsourced to a third party journeymen when you choose Equity Assets Real Estate for your buying and selling needs. Equity Assets Real Estate is a little old school as you won’t be treated like a number but as a human being with dignity who is important and deserves my full attention.
I spent my grade school years living up in the foothills of Madera County but my family relocated to southern California. After I finished college I came back to my roots and settled in Fresno/Clovis in 2005. Over the past 11 years I have become reacquainted with the Central Valley and I enjoy what this community offers. Equity Assets Real Estate focuses on residential real estate throughout Fresno & Madera Counties. Buying and selling a home can be very stressful and we are here to represent you as your Realtor and to be your guide, keep you out of trouble and to calm your nerves.
Sell a Home
When it's time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. We can take care of everything you need, from start to close.
Consult on Home Selling Tactics
Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. We can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.
