We are kicking this season off with one of my favorites…
SAUSAGE BALLS
by Cole Turbeville
-> 6 cups bisquick
-> 2 pounds extra sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
-> 2 pounds pork sausage
Mix all ingredients together
Form into 1 1/2-inch balls & place on baking sheet
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 300°
ENJOY!
Stop by the office and grab one with a soda!

Day two…
MISSISSIPPI SIN SLIDERS

-> 16 oz Sour Cream
-> 8 oz Cream Cheese
-> 2 c. Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
-> 2 c. Honey Ham (chopped)
-> 1 small can diced mild green chilis
-> Worcestershire to taste
-> Your preference garlic-based seasoning
-> 1 pack Hawaiian Rolls
-> Honey Butter
-> Everything Seasoning
Mix all ingredients together & place in casserole dish. (Skip rolls, butter, and everything seasoning)
Bake for 1 hour at 350° covered.
Allow mixture to set. Cut rolls in half and spread mixture.
Place back in oven and bake until warm. Top with butter and everything seasoning.
SERVE & ENJOY!

Day three
Red Velvet Cake Cookies

-> One box of red velvet cake mix
-> Two large eggs
-> 1/2 cup vegetable oil
-> Cream cheese morsels
Combine cake mix, eggs and oil in a bowl. Once combined, fold in cream cheese morsels.
Let set in the fridge for ten minutes.
Roll into balls and place on a baking sheet.
Cook for 8 minutes at 350 degrees.
Enjoy!

Day Four
SAUSAGE EGG & CHEESE BREAKFAST MUFFINS

-> 1 dozen eggs
-> 1 cup of your favorite cheese, I used colby jack
-> Half a tube of breakfast sausage (about 1 cup)
1. Brown the sausage and set it to the side to cool.
2. In a bowl, beat your eggs.
3. Add in the cheese and mix.
4. Season to your liking with salt and pepper.
5. Once cool, add in the sausage and mix.
6. Spray your muffin pans and add a scoop of the mixture, filling about 3/4 full.
7. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F.
