Dr. Eric Wendel is a surgical oncologist with a focus in urologic surgery at Ochsner MD Anderson Cancer Center. Dr. Wendel earned his medical degree at Louisiana State University Health School of Medicine in New Orleans. He then completed his general surgery internship and a residency in urology with Ochsner. Dr. Wendel is a member of the American Urological Association, Louisiana State Medical Society, American College of Physicians and American Medical Association.
