Thank you for seeking more information about my expertise as a Registered Dietitian. I have a Master's Degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of North Florida. I also studied at the Art Institute where I obtained a Culinary Arts Certificate. I can make good food healthy, or healthy food good, whichever is your preference :) I have previously worked in commercial kitchens, restaurants, hospitals, and assisted living facilities.
