Do not go here. The staff is completely unprofessional and their customer service is appalling. They have even gone as far as saying that a phone’s warranty is no longer valid because it was used for over 30 minutes of talk time…this was after less than a month of purchasing the phone.
My BF purchased a phone from this location in early march. By April the phone's touch screen had stopped responding and the phone was completely frozen. We went in to get it serviced and all three employees were eating ice cream and watching a soccer game. The man that took my phone to troubleshoot had ice cream melting down his hand and then proceeded to lick it off (same hand he was holding the phone with). He then made us wait until the soccer game was over to deal with our issues. He said he would send it back in to get fixed or replaced. Two and half weeks later there still had been no news. I went in to pick up the phone and asked them for the number so that I could personally call in. Within less than 10 min I had scheduled a work request. Within 2 hrs I had the FEDEX label to ship it off. He claimed he hadn’t been able to ship it off because he was waiting on the FEDEX box to arrive.
