Esposto was very undependable and disappointing after using his service for many years. I hired him to install a built in oven and microwave. He claimed he could do it easily as he used to do appliance installation for another company. He installed the oven beautifully and partially installed the microwave. He promised he would get back to me to finish the job as he needed a custom trim kit to finish the installation. He told me he knew a man who made custom trim kits. He took measurements and pictures well before Christmas. I called him 3 times and my husband once and he not only has not been out to finish the job, he has never returned any of our calls. I asked him to simply call me and tell me something--yes he can finish the job--no he can't it is bigger than he thought--just something. He has left me with a hole in my kitchen cabinet and not even a common courtesy phone call. I could never recommend such service.
