Dr. Evan Hare is an internal medicine physician in Salt Lake City. He is originally from Nashville, Tennessee, and attended Union University in Jackson, Tennessee, for his undergraduate studies and University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee, for medical school. Following medical school, he and his wife moved to Salt Lake City for his internal medicine residency training at the University of Utah, and they decided to stay in Salt Lake once he had completed his training.
