EVERGREEN EAST APARTMENTS Evergreen East Apartments are located just north of downtown Saint Paul in a great residential area in the heart of the Lake Phalen neighborhood. There is easy access to I-35E, I-94 and Highway 36 locating Evergreen East near parks, banks, grocery stores and schools. On site management is available to our residents during business hours and emergency maintenance service is available around the clock. All of our buildings feature secured entries for the safety of our residents and their guests. Off-street parking is available free of charge, and if preferred, private garages are available to rent.
