Everingham Bros. Bait Co., family owned and operated since 1951, celebrating 70 years in 2021 and has provided fisherman with the best possible access to live bait. Everingham has remained strong through multiple generations, trials and tribulations and has been a continuous staple in Southern California’s sportfishing community making Everingham Bros. Bait Co. a true San Diego institution! Everingham Bros. Bait Co. provides live bait on a 24/7, 364 day basis specializing in live fishing bait serving San Diego’s and Dana Point, California’s commercial and private sportfishing fleets. We have a fleet of 4 vessels (Rival, Cachalot, Ebbco & Cougar) that catches and delivers live bait, such as sardines and anchovies, almost daily to its bait barges locations in the San Diego Bay and Mission Bay, and Dana Point Harbor California. The company has an administration office and maintenance warehouse located in National City where fabrication and repairs are performed for our three bait barge locations and fishing fleet.
