Horrible service.

I made an online order of three items on the 2nd. They charged my credit on the 7th. I got a voicemail on the 10th about something wrong with my order. I work long hours during the day, so I emailed asking what the problem was. It went unanswered. On my next day off on the 15th, I called and they told me one of the items was not in (though it is still shown in stock on the website) and they hadn't shipped anything yet. She also mentioned something about it taking longer because the guy hasn't been in. I asked why hadn't they shipped the other two items since they offered free shipping/no minimum on all purchases anyway? She didn't answer and only asked if I wanted to cancel my order. I did. If I hadn't cancelled, they wouldn't have shipped until two weeks after the original order and I think that's ridiculous for an online merchant. Also, their shipping policy states THREE TIMES you will not be charged for your purchases until they are shipped to you which they outright ignored.
