We offer beginner classes in all three areas of martial arts as well as more advanced sessions for students with previous experience. World class instruction and fitness programs have been designed and scheduled for amateur and professional competitors at state and national levels. Evolution is dedicated to the promotion of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) in the Wilmington area. Our staff is committed to creating a friendly team environment where everyone’s individual needs are met.
