Excel Martial Arts provides instruction in Traditional Taekwondo, giving the entire family a safe and fun place to: Get Physically Fit, Learn Self Defense, and Learn the Leadership Skills needed to Excel In Life! At Excel Martial Arts, you will find a family friendly atmosphere filled with students serious about martial arts training and in improving their life. Our goal is to create healthy, confident students of strong body and strong mind. Training includes Forms, Sparring, Weapons, Self-Defense, Board Breaking, Life Skill Lessons, and Tournament Opportunities. Excel Martial Arts uses Success Based Learning and a proven curriculum.
