Learning to navigate this harsh environment takes time and a willingness to make a lot of mistakes, and the courage and grit to keep at it day after day. I do not believe in reinventing the wheel, nor do I believe anyone needs to get kicked in the teeth day in and day out with a strong support team to lift you up and cheer you on to get back at it.
