Was I so glad your technician came a little early - after he cleaned the stained carpeting in 3 rooms, he had time to clean the tile floors in the kitchen. What a HUGE difference! And I do mean huge! I thought all the dark little spots were just part of the natural stone - no way - it was dirt and the turbo cleaning with steam got it looking new again. We will be using Excelle Carpet Care again!

Wow what a great job they did on my carpets! Last time I used a unnamed company, my carpets looked clean for the first few days than the spots came back. but its been well over a week and no spots or stains. all I can say is Excelle Carpet Care did a fantastic job.I would recommend this company to anyone.
