We've brought three Facey Medical Group teams together under one roof to provide convenient care to Tarzana families. Now you can find adult primary care, pediatric care and ob-gyn services all under one roof: The Ventana Medical Plaza located at Ventura Boulevard and Lindley Avenue.
Facey's Tarzana office features on-site lab and radiology services, dedicated parking and a bright new modern interior. We're located just a couple blocks east of our friends at Providence Tarzana Medical Center, which can provide your family with complex diagnostic services and inpatient care.
