I required my relatively new (3 year old flooring - installed by other company) re-stretched and called Factory Direct Floor. I received an estimate by phone, and had an appointment within a couple of days and my floors were repaired the same day of the appointment. Very professional and knowledgeable staff - work was done quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend.

They came to our place with samples and explained all of our options very thoroughly. They came on time on the install day, around 9.00am and were finished by 1.00pm. They called a couple hours later to make sure we were happy with everything. Engineered wood floor looks amazing. We would highly recommend.
