About us
Fairington Apartments is an affordable community for those 62 years of age or older and those who are disabled residents in Anderson, IN. Our community is a federally subsidized apartment community with rents and eligibility are determined by government regulations. We provide one bedroom apartment homes within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and banks. We provide several community amenities, including a Service Coordinator, community room for events and 24-hour emergency maintenance service. The apartments at Fairington feature intercom systems and locked entry doors, planned community events and free water and sanitation utilities. This community is managed by the Gene B. Glick Company.
