Dr. Faiza Malik is a board-certified family medicine physician who joined CLS Health on May 1, 2022. She earned her M.B.B.S. from Dow Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan, and completed her Family Medicine Residency at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio.

Dr. Malik specializes in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and the treatment of common illnesses. She offers a wide range of services, including annual wellness visits, vaccinations, physical health screenings, and management of conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity, thyroid disease, asthma, and arthritis. Dr. Malik also treats minor illnesses like colds, the flu, strep throat, UTIs, and more.

Located at the Clear Lake Campus in Webster, TX, Dr. Malik is committed to providing compassionate care with same-day appointments and on-site laboratory services for immediate testing.
