Family Choice Physical Therapy, P.A. is a local, community-oriented, growing physical therapy practice serving the people of Clifton, New Jersey and its neighboring towns with specialty in spinal, orthopedic, post-operative and geriatric cases.

We offer personalized treatment to our patients with emphasis on “hands-on” techniques. We work closely with respectable orthopedic, family medicine/general practice, and pain management doctors in the area of Passaic, Bergen and Essex counties.

Our physical therapists, the husband and wife tandem of Clarvin and Czarina Ombajin, are licensed professionals in the State of New Jersey with combined experience of more than 20 years helping numerous patients with musculoskeletal and neurologic conditions.

Our main objective is to help our patients achieve total recovery from their injuries or impairments so that they will be able to return to their previous pain-free and healthy lifestyle.
