About us
Established in 1967, Family Health Care is one of the first community health centers in the nation to develop a “one-stop shopping” concept for health care services. We offer a range of medical facilities including Caretrak, Walk-In Clinics, Substance Abuse Treatment, Community Outreach, Friendly Visitor Program and much more. We are an FTCA, FQHC, and PCMH deemed facilities accredited by the AAAHC. With our prime location being Baldwin, we also have health & outreach centers in Lake, Newaygo, Wexford and Missaukee counties.
