after 18 years and dr. zurack almost retiring, I know that this location is going down hill. Here's why. They have Nora the Nurse Pract.(or dr. wannabe) that fills in for various doctors. I would not take my pet snake to see her. She is impatient. My older son went in for aniexty &depression. She would not let me (him mom) say much at all. Even when my son said I could say whatever I wanted to say. I know the law, why wouldn't see listen to me AND him. But she doesn't want to hear the person who knows him better than anyone...Needless to say, she practically jumped off of her stool, raising her voice telling us to go somewhere else because I spoke 'out of turn'. I gladly left the room, she returned to see my son while I waited in the car for ONE HOUR only to have him come out with paperwork that shows says he HAS anxiety but prescribed NO medications. I felt we should not pay for the visit. So, I called and the Dr. O'Connell got on the phone. I said why would she not prescribe any meds, what if my son harms himself or can't deal with this anxiety? I said that Dr. Wannabe could have some problems..she flew off the handle saying You are threatening to sue me?! I never said that.. And SHE SAID 'most kids 'hurt themselves' because parents don't listen to them'...Well...I think it is the other way around. WE are seeking THEIR help and got NOTHING. Think twice before coming here, really I have NEVER experienced such CRAP from any health care physican!
