after 18 years and dr. zurack almost retiring, I know that this location is going down hill. Here's why. They have Nora the Nurse Pract.(or dr. wannabe) that fills in for various doctors. I would not take my pet snake to see her. She is impatient. My older son went in for aniexty &depression. She would not let me (him mom) say much at all. Even when my son said I could say whatever I wanted to say. I know the law, why wouldn't see listen to me AND him. But she doesn't want to hear the person who knows him better than anyone...Needless to say, she practically jumped off of her stool, raising her voice telling us to go somewhere else because I spoke 'out of turn'. I gladly left the room, she returned to see my son while I waited in the car for ONE HOUR only to have him come out with paperwork that shows says he HAS anxiety but prescribed NO medications.
