Family Medical Center of Hart County has provided trusted care since 1977. Our experienced family doctors specialize in family medicine, pediatrician services, and physical therapy. We offer urgent care for walk-in patients, school physicals, wellness visits, physicals, allergy testing, hear and vision screenings, casting for broken bones, immunizations, flu shots, and vaccines. On-site services include lab testing, x-ray imaging, and laceration repair. We also offer chronic care management, minor procedures, and personalized treatment plans.
