I am a registered & licensed dietitian with a Master’s in nutrition and wellness from Benedictine University, the university where I also completed my dietetic internship.

Through my education, I was able to gain experience in a variety of community settings and with a wide range of ages, including children, adults, and older adults. I have had the opportunity to care, counsel and provide medical nutrition therapy to patients with diagnoses of diabetes, heart disease, renal disease, cancer, and malnutrition, among others.

Using the most up-to-date evidence-based nutrition research and the nutrition care process, I provide my clients with the knowledge and guidance necessary to make appropriate nutrition choices for a wide range of conditions, including, but not limited to: high cholesterol, diabetes, food sensitivity, heart disease, prenatal/postpartum nutrition and weight management. I look forward to every nutrition counseling session as it is a chance for me to work with clients to help improve their quality of life.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, painting, swimming and cooking a variety of new recipes. I also love to travel and enjoy learning about different cultures and cuisines.
