About us
Central Coast restaurant recognized as a landmark of Santa Maria Style Barbecue, a renowned regional cuisine rooted in local ingredients. Steak, ribs, tri-tip and other grilled dishes are prepared using methods that were first popularized by 19th century rancheros.
