Fat Tuesday traces back to Bourbon Street, New Orleans—an all-time party street in one of the world-famous towns synonymous with good times. From here, we figured out a way to prepare and sell a range of premium frozen cocktails in a quicker and better fashion that shook up the business and always delivered the goods. What started with a lit New Orleans spot in 1984 has now grown to close to 40 locations in party towns across the U.S and abroad.
