Had a generally poor experience using this service. The crew complained about the stairs. During the difficult part of the move they were swearing and yelling at each other. Broke a window, walls have scuff marks and gouges as well as some of the furniture that hit the walls. One box was dropped luckily nothing was damaged. Spoke with my landlord about damages and $50 would have covered it but they did not want to compensate me. On the good side; they were on time, rates were on par with the market rate.
