Fayette Square Apartments

Fayette Square Apartments offer one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom units located on the University of Maryland Baltimore campus. Apartments are rented by the bed and come furnished with all utilities included (even electricity, basic cable and high-speed internet)

Fayette Square is a gated community with a 24-hour courtesy desk and an attached parking garage. There is also a 24-hour fitness center, bike storage, on-site laundry, and study rooms.

UMB Housing is reserved for students, faculty, and staff of UMB, UMMC, or other USM or local colleges and universities.
