Ferra's Automotive Services Inc. in Pittsburgh is an excellent choice for repairs or towing. My daughter was in an accident last winter , I couldn't get anyone to go out and help her and AAA wasn't even answering their phone. I was refered to Ferra's and they rescued my daughter on a very cold icy day. They ended up doing the body repair on her Subaru and we were very satisfied with the service and high quality of repair. We have been customers ever since. They ALWAYS answer their phone. I highly recommend this BBB certified and AAA approved shop.
