Attention has been given to every detail from our innovative Town Square to incorporating critical technology that allows for a level of care and safety unavailable in other communities.

Fieldstone Memory Care is located in the Yakima Valley, which enjoys all the beauty of the Pacific Northwest: wine country, rivers, sunny blue skies, world-class dining, and agricultural bounty. Yakima is home to Memorial Hospital.
