It was especially important that Duane provided us with accurate and timely information, and most notably, he always answered the phone and took time to advise me personally on all my questions, which were many.

I wish to point out that you should call and continue to call the U.S. Embassy in Manila until you get the answers that Filipina Fiancee Visa Service says you should receive. Had I done this on my own, it would have taken 60 days more or longer for my fiancee to receive her visa.

We can't wait to start our new lives together!
