Finding Homecare LLC
About us
Finding Homecare LLC a concierge caregiver referral staffing company. My model is very unique, and these are the steps that I take to ensure a quality caregiver that has empathy and the skill set to take care of your loved one.
“When I start working with a family, the first thing I do is have a detailed conversation with them about their loved one’s needs and condition. We go over everything—what kind of help they need, the price, and the type of caregiver they’re looking for. I explain my vetting process and how I match the caregiver’s qualifications to their needs.
Once we agree on the caregiver’s skill set and requirements, the family signs my waiver. This waiver just clarifies that I’m a matchmaker between the caregiver and the family, and the caregiver isn’t my employee. My one-time fee is $2,500. They send me 50% upfront through Zelle or Venmo, which is nonrefundable, and I get to work immediately.
I tap into my Facebook group, CNA and Caregivers, which has over 8,000 members, and start vetting candidates. I narrow it down to two or three caregivers who fit the family’s specific needs. I ensure they have a Department of Justice Live Scan, are vaccinated, provide professional references (not just friends or family), and have the right skills.
Once I’ve done all the leg work I present the caregivers to the family. The final step is for the family to make sure there’s a good personality fit. When they decide to hire someone, they pay me the remaining 50%, and the caregiver officially becomes their employee.
This is my model. I’m not your typical cookie-cutter home health company. I save families thousands of dollars while providing qualified, vetted care. It’s a concierge caregiver referral service that puts families and caregivers first.”
