He kept me updated as to the progress of my car's order. Overall, I was incredibly pleased with the service I was provided.
Second car I have purchased from Finest Motors. I will do it again and again, no doubt. Alec is fantastic. I had an idea what i was looking for, but got so tired of running around to different places. I wasn't finding decent cars, and even the no pressure dealers felt a little shady.
Going to Finest Motors, I listed the specs of what I was looking for in a vehicle, and Alec immediately narrowed it to 4 or 5 that fit the bill. Test drove them all, and quickly picked my new car. Truly no pressure, just good insight and information.
The only drawback: the cars are all high quality and priced right, so you need to act fast! If you see the car you want, you probably have to pull the trigger quick. I would absolutely recommend Finest Motors to anyone looking for a high quality used vehicle.

This was the only BMW dealership that had a per-certified used one in my price range. Alec worked with me on the final number until I finally got comfortable with it and off I went with my like new M5 with the tech package. Also he spent a good amount of time with me to show me all the technology features before I drove off the lot.

I have never in my car-buying experience met a salesman as considerate and friendly as Alec from Finest Motors. He was very patient and understanding, and he made me feel extremely comfortable. He is very knowledgeable about the products and answered all my questions, even the questions I didn't know to ask. The facility was very nice. I'm looking forward to dealing with him when I purchase my next car.
Honest and forthright. Alec proved to be honest and forthright and I felt very comfortable dealing with him. He did not pressure me into any financing arrangements that I did want nor did he waste my time with any tacky sales tactics. My daughter and I actually had fun and some good laughs while buying this car from Finest Motors.

I am a stickler for good customer service, so much that your employees were able to make the deal a neighboring dealership failed to do the previous day. This was my first experience at Finest Motors. Alec explained everything in detail and was extremely helpful! Thank you for great service and being mindful of my time. When I first arrived I didn't have very high expectations but you made it all happen for me. Will guided me through the entire process and made me feel very comfortable.
