Any such disclosure will not be excluded from the CRD system by arbitration. While these public events cannot be excluded from the CRD system, there are certain situations in which FINRA BrokerCheck is no longer publicly available. For example, when a broker executes a judgment or bond, it is removed from the FINRA BrokerCheck, even if the event remains in the CRD system.
