Firdous H. Asar, MD, earned her medical degree from Jinnah Post Graduate Medical Center in Karachi, Pakistan, and completed her Family Medicine residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. With over 30 years of experience as a Family Medicine physician, Dr. Asar provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages, focusing on preventive health and managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, respiratory issues, and cardiovascular health. She emphasizes preventive medicine and encourages lifestyle changes to promote overall well-being. She prioritizes working closely with her patients to develop personalized care plans. Dr. Asar joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in October 2024.
