First Call Can Do It All! Founded in 1989, we are a full service restoration company offering 24 hour emergency services to the triad/ triangle areas of NC. We also do new construction, carpet and air duct cleanings, as well as mold remediation.

First Call Cleaning and Restoration, Inc. specializes in disaster restoration (fire, smoke, water, and mold damage), carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning, trauma and crime scene cleanup, and weatherization services.

We are a full service restoration company, handling claims from pack-out to pack-in.

We offer 24-hour emergency services, including board-up after a fire or break-in, water extraction, mitigation, and pack-outs and content storage, if necessary.

We are also experienced, certified carpet, rug, upholstery and air duct cleaners.

We are proud to be certified with the bpi to perform Home Energy Audits, and we offer such weatherization and home improvement services as: InjectASeal Retro-fit Foam Insulation, Sealed Crawlspaces, Replacement windows, and air penetration sealing.
