Frank Painter joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in February 2002.

A graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Frank holds Series 6 and 65 securities licenses plus Florida life, health and variable-product insurance licenses.

Understanding that the single most powerful contributor to financial well-being is behavior, Frank works closely with each client to develop a unique financial plan that reflects their values, addresses their priorities and supports their goals. Each plan includes recommendations for specific financial products and services to support those goals. And through ongoing planning to address changes in one's financial and personal circumstances, Frank is ready to assist clients as they pursue their goals through a lifetime financial journey. Together, Frank and his team work as a beacon calling individuals and families to discover their potential.
