Rachel joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in November 2017.
A graduate of Columbia College with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Southern New Hampshire University with a Master's degree in Finance, Rachel holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses plus state life and health insurance licenses.
