Shavon Mattiello joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in December 2023. She previously worked for 8 years as a Licensed Banker at Wells Fargo. Having both a background in finance and education, she enjoys teaching the fundamentals of finance to make it easy to understand.

Shavon holds Series 6, 63 and 65 securities licenses plus life, health and variable annuities insurance licenses in Florida and Alabama.

Understanding that the biggest obstacle to financial security for most people is their own behavior, Shavon serves as a personal financial coach to clients, continually reinforcing positive financial behaviors. She advocates time-tested financial principles, including disciplined, long-term saving and investing, careful debt management, and a thoughtful insurance strategy to manage financial risk. Shavon will work with you to establish specific, meaningful goals that are consistent with your values and then develop a personalized financial plan to guide your pursuit of those goals.

Active in her community, Shavon is a volunteer for Blue Star Families, a member of the Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce, South Tampa Chamber of Commerce and is also very active on MacDill AFB supporting military families. She holds this close to her heart as her father and brother are Marine Corps. Veterans.

Shavon also enjoys listening to Korean rap and spending time with her two children going to Anime conventions. You can always find her at the gym as a healthy lifestyle is very important to her. She loves West Coast Swing as a former competitor in the swing and country circuit, she stays actively involved and loves to dance.
