Specialists in the Israeli self-defense system of Krav Maga, First Defense works closely with Krav Maga Global to make sure our students receive the best training in practical self-defense. First Defense is the only Bang Muay Thai affiliate in the Herndon, Virginia Area. This Bas Rutten-inspired system is a combination of Dutch-style and Muay Thai kickboxing.
